Vanquish Worldwide provides equipment management and warehouse services to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 in support of emergency and homeland security counter terrorism response efforts. We provide Warehouse Managers, Equipment, and Warehouse Technicians to operate facilities and maintain equipment and vehicles at three EPA warehouse locations; Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Anchorage, AK.

Vanquish Worldwide provides equipment management and warehouse services to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 in support of emergency and homeland security counter terrorism response efforts.  We provide Warehouse Managers, Equipment, and Warehouse Technicians to operate facilities and maintain equipment and vehicles at three EPA warehouse locations; Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Anchorage, AK.  The EPA Region 10 boundary includes the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

The services Vanquish provides fall into four functional areas: (1) Warehouse Facilities Operation and Management, (2) 24/7 Emergency Response Equipment Management, (3) Inventory Control and Tracking System, and (4) Equipment Maintenance.  Vanquish provides personnel, equipment, materials and services to perform warehouse dispatching, shipping and receiving of emergency response, homeland security, and site assessment equipment.  Our staff maintains on-site storage and disposes of government property in compliance with established commercial and government practices.  Our expert team of warehouse technicians delivers 24-hours a day, 7-days per week capabilities to support EPA in their ability to immediately respond to emergency or terrorism events and mitigate threats posed by the presence of hazardous materials that present endangerment to human health or the environment.  We provide Government personnel timely access to equipment and material resources for emergency and homeland security responses.  In addition, our warehouse staff tracks equipment and materials through an electronic data interchange inventory control/maintenance system and generates property, equipment readiness status, and equipment utilization reports.  Vanquish maintains response equipment in a continuous state of readiness ensuring manufacturer’s recommended maintenance is performed according to schedule.

Vanquish staff inspects incoming equipment upon receipt, performs cleaning services on Government property, tags incoming equipment requiring repair, maintenance, and/or calibration, as well as disposes of materials, packaging and other substances in accordance with local, state, property management systems and federal regulations.  As needed, our staff manages hazardous materials, including but not limited to ignitable, corrosive, toxic, flammable and combustible materials, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Our warehouse personnel perform user and manufacturer-specified preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair on all equipment within 24 hours of schedule.  We also manage an inventory of calibration, sampling preparation, and operating chemicals and supplies to maintain calibrated and field ready equipment in the warehouse.  Vanquish’s warehouse and equipment management efforts allow for immediate access to specialized equipment and materials by the EPA, Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START), Emergency & Rapid Response Services (ERRS), Response Engineering & Analytical Contract (REAC) personnel, and other federal, state and/or local officials.  Vanquish understands the critical nature and importance of emergency response programs and is excited to be part of the EPA’s rapid response mission.
